 | Li Li performed Soprano in Messiah with Coleshill Town Band in 2010. Now based in London (UK), is the recent winner of the Cecil Drew Oratorio Award, 2010 Birmingham Conservatoire Singing Prize, the 2009 Mario Lanza Opera Prize, 2009 Ashleyan Opera Prize, and two Beijing vocal competitions dedicated to young artists (2005-2006).

Matthew is actively involved in choral singing in Birmingham, having sung with the Conservatoire’s Chamber Choir. Matthew has taken part in the BBC production of The Birth of British Music , which took place at Birmingham’s Town Hall in October 2008. As a soloist, Matthew has been a finalist in the Reginald Vincent Lieder Prize and has performed a wide variety of repertoire, including; a concert version of Handel’s Acis and Galatea at St.Paul’s, Covent Garden, Haydn’s Creation.
